BREAD MAKING & COOKERY CLASSES

 

 

Bread courses £65.00 per person

 

Course will run from November until April

(excluding Christmas week & the Easter school holiday period)

Basic 1 day course

Tuesdays & Saturdays 10am - 3.00pm

Learn the basic techniques to make excellent bread at home or simply improve your bread making.

Courses can be run either at the restaurant or at your own home.

(Minimum of 2 people for courses to run on any day.)

Cookery course £80.00 per person for the 6 week course.

Course will run on Tuesday for 6 weeks from

28^th Oct. to 2^nd December  7pm-9pm

& from 3^rd Feb. to 10^th March  7pm-9pm

And will cover bread, fish & meat preparation,

desserts & basic pastries.
